Founder of a social impact and design studio elevating Black-owned businesses and cultural experiences. Host of the largest Black-owned business expo in the Triad (2020–2024), generating $400K+ in economic impact. Strategic advisor translating complex goals into clear messaging and measurable outcomes.

2024 – 2025 | Districtwide engagement, equity, and change. Designed the district’s largest listening session tour and an equity-centered engagement framework reaching 18,000+ participants.
